Word XP - Introduction

Word is a multi-talented application that allows you to add colour, tables, graphics and other effects in addition to text to your documents. This tutorial provides you with all the tools you need to master the basics of using Word.

 

Word XP - Intermediate

In this course you will learn some of the productivity features of Word 2002, including the ability to merge mailing lists with documents for generating form letters, etc. You will also learn how to incorporate graphics, tables and charts into your documents. You will learn how to format tables, creating borders and shading. Finally, you will learn the basic concepts of document management and using templates.

 

Word XP - Advanced

This advanced course will explore some of the most advanced productivity features in Word 2002. You will learn how to manage large documents, by creating sub-documents, indices, table of contents and cross-references. You will learn how to create forms that can be used for online input and to use macros to further enhance your productivity in Word. You will also learn how to customize your interface by selecting tools that should appear on the toolbar and creating custom menus.

Access XP - Introduction

After completing the material in this tutorial, you will be able to plan and create your own database as well as determine Inputs and Outputs. You'll also know how to use the Office Assistant, create tables, design forms and work with records, which will be the basis for understanding and using Microsoft Access 2002.

 

Access XP - Intermediate

Access XP - Advanced

FrontPage XP - Intermediate

In this tutorial, you'll learn to edit page properties and add hyperlinks. It shows you how to add different images and sounds, and how to design tables. Finally, teach you how to edit Web documents. This tutorial assumes you're already able to navigate through the FrontPage program, create a Web site using templates, add and edit text and art, and access the online Media Gallery.

 

FrontPage XP - Advanced

In this tutorial, you'll build forms and frames for your Web pages, plus you'll set up databases, organize your web files, and finally publish your web site.

 

Outlook XP - E-mailing

After learning the material in this tutorial, you'll be able to do everything from navigate your way around the window to colour code and organize messages, to handle corporate workgroups and create offline folders. Outlook XP - Scheduling
