Company Intranet Training
The most efficient and effective way to make on-line learning available to staff is via your own local area network. This can be simply from a PC with a shared hard drive where we load up the courses or a more sophisticated solution where we install a server with a system for managing access to the courses as well as learner progress and test results.
Server Version with Management Software
Here we drop a box on the client network. The server contains all the courses available to the client and it is set up specifically for the client. (User lists, administrators etc.) Each user then logs in to do the courses and the client can manage the learning process. This is a light LMS and a good entry point into the e-learning area for clients. There are server set-up costs with a typical installation and training session costs. There is also a server and software rental per month and discounts based on the number of user licenses purchased and duration of the contract may apply. This version is currently running at the schools and Technikons.
CD-ROM Training
Most of our courseware can be packaged on to CD-ROM. This is ideal for mobile users or staff who wants to use the courses at home but do not have suitable connections to the company network or Internet. We also have a range of Retail CD bundles at excellent prices.
